You will require a Leisure Pass from Reception, which entitles you and your family to use the Social Club and Swimming Pool.

A £10.00 deposit is required for the above and also includes a key for the Toilet/Shower block.

CONDITIONS AND GENERAL INFORMATION

1.             PLEASE NOTE; COMMERCIAL VEHICLES ARE NOT ACCEPTED

2.             The siting of caravans must be on a specific pitch as advised by Reception. Guests occupying an incorrect pitch will be required to move.

3.             The management reserves the right to change your allocated pitch should it be deemed necessary.

4.             Please park your caravan adjacent to your pitch number and end-on to the access road, NOT broadside-on, as we are limited for space and can only accommodate 25 tourers.

5.             Please display the coloured Parking Tag issued at Reception either on the draw bar or grab handle facing the road. By doing this you will not be bothered by our staff when they come round to do checks.

6.             When vacating your pitch, please ensure that you collect all your possessions and that no litter is left.

7.             Departures must be made before 11.00am unless a later time is agreed with Reception, for which an additional charge may be made depending on the time of year or how busy it is.

8.             The Toilet/Shower block is for tourer use only. The Elsan disposal point is located in the large cubicle in the Gents toilets.

9.             Gas cylinder refills are usually available at Reception during Office hours.

10.          Please note that NO CLOTHES LINES ARE PERMITTED AT ANY TIME nor must washing be hung over awning guy lines or fences. Clip-on drying racks are quite acceptable. Launderette facilities are provided for your convenience and Laundry Cards can be purchased at Reception.

11.          Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. Please clean up after your pet, poop scoops can be purchased from Reception.

12.          While every effort is made to maintain the facilities and conditions appearing herein the proprietors reserve the right to alter these as conditions demand.
