General Terms and Conditions

All users of the park must observe these conditions and regulations and any bye-laws applying to the park made by the local authority. Anyone in breach of any conditions may be asked to leave the park and no refund given of monies paid.

Online Booking - a £52 deposit (which includes a £2 credit/debit card charge) is required

Telephone Bookings - must be confirmed and a deposit paid within 7 days. Deposits are not refundable. Balance is payable 6 weeks before. Failure to pay the balance by the agreed date may result in cancellation of the booking and any monies paid will be forfeited.

Accommodation - is strictly limited to the number of beds in each type of caravan as advertised. The management reserves the right to cancel at any time, without refund of any monies if the accommodation is occupied by more than the persons stated when booking. No single sex groups or groups of under 25's allowed. All caravans are non smoking and no pets allowed.

Bicycles and Skateboards - must be ridden in a responsible manner.

Quads and Scooters - Petrol or battery quads or scooters are not permitted on the park or the adjoining beach.

Speed Limit - the speed limit of 10 mph must be adhered to at all times. 24hr CCTV security is in operation.

Children - Children are the responsibility of their accompanying adult. They are not permitted to use the pool unaccompanied under the age of 8 years old (swimmer) or 15 years old (non swimmer).

Ball Games - are not allowed on the park only on the adjoining beach.

Fires & BBQ´s - No open fires may be lit on the park or the adjoining beach other than charcoal barbecues in a fireproof container. Do not place hot ashes into any refuse container.

Refuse - recycling bins and rubbish bin compounds are located around the park. No solid or liquid deposit should be thrown or allowed to fall into any ditch or hedge on or adjoining the park

Chemical waste - chemical waste disposal is located in the Gents toilet block.

Weather - No refunds will be given due to inclement weather.

Loud Noise - any radio, television or other sound producing instrument must not be used between the hours of 11.00pm to 8.00am.       

Fireworks/ Firearms - No person shall discharge any firearm or airgun or throw or discharge any stone or missile or release fireworks anywhere on Sunnysands property.

Behaviour - antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated. Customers must at all times conduct themselves with regard to the comfort and convenience of other occupiers of the park and staff. Sunnysands reserves the right to terminate without prior notice at any time, without the refund of any monies, if the behaviour of any customer causes a nuisance to any other person/persons.

Vandalism - will not be tolerated. Any single or groups of children/adults found vandalising property on Sunnysands will be asked to leave the Park immediately without prior notice and no monies will be refunded.

Disclaimer - Sunnysands will not accept responsibility for the loss, damage or injury to any person or their property whilst on their premises. Sunnysands shall not be liable for any loss, damage or theft from or to a vehicle or hire unit.
